Physical 3D-printed products

Physical products are made to order in Switzerland. Before payment, Imeri Lab confirms availability, estimated production time and the shipping charge for the customer’s destination. Production begins after payment confirmation. Colours and minor surface details may vary slightly from photographs because of material availability and the 3D-printing process.

Delivery and physical-product issues

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier or customs. Customers should report damage, defects or an incorrect item promptly and include photographs where possible. Returns and remedies are handled in accordance with Swiss law and any mandatory consumer protections applicable to the sale.

Digital products

Digital products are supplied electronically. No physical item is shipped. Access or download instructions are provided after successful payment.

Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in Swiss francs. The seller is currently not registered for Swiss VAT. Shipping is charged separately for physical products. Import taxes, duties or reporting obligations may depend on the customer’s location and remain subject to applicable law.

Licence

Purchase grants one individual or one internal business team the right to use and adapt digital files for its own operations. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared publicly, sublicensed, uploaded to template libraries or used to create a competing product without written permission.

Digital-product refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not offered after access or download, except where required by applicable law or when the supplied files are defective. Customers should contact Imeri Lab promptly if a file cannot be opened or is materially incomplete.

Imeri Lab products provide educational and operational support. They are not legal, customs, tax, insurance, sanctions, dangerous-goods or financial advice. Customers remain responsible for verifying current requirements with relevant authorities and qualified advisers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the customer’s country.
